Out of respect for the time reserved for each guest, at least 48 hours notice is requested for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Any outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking.
